Business Development Executive

Overview

Tradex Systems is growing at a rapid pace in Asia and we are looking for enterprising talent to join our Singapore sales team to expand our business in South East Asia. The successful candidate will work closely with our China team to be responsible for the direct sales and business development to both institutional and individual user groups, who are doing trading or broking business in Global listed exchange futures, options, commodities OTC derivatives markets.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day client maintenance job by writing correspondence, proposals, and effectively present information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
  • Fully understand all the Trade products/applications and able to do system supporting, training, presentation, and demonstration to the clients.
  • Be the key person of hosting the webinar and professional system tutorial through online or offline channels/conferences/workshops
  • Build up and maintain the good relationship with our global partners and sales channels.
  • Manage prospective business via conference calls, e-mail, customer meetings, and conference exhibitions.
  • Provide documentation, analysis, and recommendations to our development team for product enhancement.
  • Plan, execute and deliver online/offline marketing campaigns to promote Trade products and services.
  • Experience in SaaS licensing agreements and effective communication with the cross-functional team.
  • Understand Derivatives assets (Futures or Options) to hold discussions with key partners on product enhancement.
  • Defining a long-term technical roadmap for Tradex products.
  • Motivated self-starter to drive new business and expand existing client revenue in South East Asia.
  • Business travel is required only when it is approved by top management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education background
  • Prior experience in customer service, account management or sales is required.
  • 3+ year experience in sales, broking or trading in global listed exchange futures, options, commodities OTC derivatives market
  • Exemplary presentation, training and communication skills
  • Having online/offline marketing-related experience will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills and teamwork
  • Travel throughout the region will be required
  • Prior experience in IT software be preferred
  • In order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates, both written and verbal skills in Mandarin are essential.
